Founded in 2016, City Of Hope Missions Inc dba, Hearts-way Youth Shelter provides care for children in need including a continuum of residential care, specialized treatment programs and counseling services to better serve our community. We are working to better equip at-risk youth and families for the future. Our mission is to be a model agency that restores childhoods, strengthens families and cultivates a people-building organization. City Of Hope Missions Inc, dba Hearts-way youth shelter, we are here to give them the support they need in order to shape them into leaders of the future. We have a number of educational programs and leadership initiatives that help nurture our youth and help them develop the skills they will carry throughout their lives. Treatment Services
At Hearts-Way, we strive to empower the lives of youth in the East Texas community through our variety of programs. Our Treatment Services is designed to provide youngsters with all the tools they need to be great leaders tomorrow. We are happy to be the driving force behind the development of our children, and hope to continue making a difference in their lives.
Hearts-way accepts referrals from CPS.
We serve children and youth ages 6 to 17 with a minimum IQ level of 70. All residents must be public school eligible, but alternative school is acceptable.
We cater to Basic, Moderate and Specialized Level of Care. We accept Emergency Placement.
Volunteer Opportunities
Our Volunteer Opportunities is centered on instilling strong values into our youth and provides a space for them to expand their mind while meeting new and interesting individuals. Our Volunteers play a critical role in investing in our Children.
